ORDER PROCESSING
- A majority orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, and sometimes even same/next day depending on our order volume.
FREE SHIPPING
- All orders, regardless of quantity or dollar amount, ship FREE.
- Delivery is usually 2-4 days after it is picked up by the shipping carrier.
- Upgrades to shipping speed are available at checkout.
- Most orders ship with USPS, but depending on your location, we may use UPS.
RUSH PROCESSING / DEADLINES
- In most instances, we are able to accommodate very tight deadlines.
- For deadlines MORE THAN ONE week away, please write your deadline date in the personalization box, AND upgrade your shipping speed to Priority Mail at checkout.
- For deadlines WITHIN 4-7 DAYS, please do two things...Add our Rush Processing to your order, AND upgrade your shipping speed to Priority Mail at checkout. Â This will bump your order to the front of the line ahead of other orders so we can ship your order quickly.
- For deadlines WITHIN 1-3 DAYS, please contact us with the item(s) you want to order, the quantity needed, and deadline date.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- For international orders, we ARE able to ship to US Military bases, APO locations, and the countries of Canada and United Kingdom. Â Place your order as usual and the checkout process will calculate international shipping automatically.
- For orders OUTSIDE of Canada and the United Kingdom, please contact us BEFORE placing your order to see if we can ship to your country. Â Please provide the item(s) you want to order, quantity needed, and if there is a specific deadline.
