Design Questions

Can I change the design orientation?

  • Yes, our frames and wall decor can be made both in landscape and portrait orientation.  The listing photo will show the DEFAULT orientation.  If you want to change, please request this in the personalization box.

 

Do you offer proofs before the product is made?

  • Yes, but ONLY by request.  We do NOT automatically send proofs on every order, so if you are desiring one, please also write this in the personalization box as you are adding the item to the cart.

 

Can I make a custom design request?

  • Yes, we are able to create custom designs, as long as we are using the same base product.
    • For requests outside of our base product offerings, those are considered on a case by case basis.
  • Please contact us, and be specific with your design request.

Order Processing Questions

How long does it take to ship an order?

  • We strive to ship all orders within 2-4 business days, sometimes next day, and even same day.  It all depends on our current order volume.

 

Do you offer rush processing?

  • In most instances, we are able to accommodate very tight deadlines.
  • For deadlines MORE THAN ONE week away, please write your deadline date in the personalization box, AND upgrade your shipping speed to Priority Mail at checkout.
  • For deadlines WITHIN 4-7 DAYS, please do two things…Add our Rush Processing to your order, AND upgrade your shipping speed to Priority Mail at checkout.  This will bump your order to the front of the line ahead of other orders so we can ship your order quickly.
  • For deadlines WITHIN 1-3 DAYS, please contact us with the item(s) you want to order, the quantity needed, and deadline date.

Shipping Questions

How long does it take for an item to be delivered?

  • If sent with regular USPS shipping, delivery is usually 2-4 days after it is picked up.
  • Upgrades to shipping speed are available at checkout.

 

Do you offer rush shipping?

  • Yes, we offer multiple shipping speeds:
    • Regular USPS shipping (typically 3-5 business days)
    • USPS Priority Mail shipping (typically 2-3 business days)
    • USPS or UPS Express (typically 1-2 business days)
  •  Priority Mail and Express are upgrades which can be done at checkout.

International Orders

Do you ship internationally?

  • Yes, we ARE able to ship to US Military bases, APO locations, and the countries of Canada and United Kingdom.  Place your order as usual and the checkout process will calculate international shipping automatically.
  • For orders OUTSIDE of Canada and the United Kingdom, please contact us BEFORE placing your order to see if we can ship to your country.  Please provide the item(s) you want to order, quantity needed, and if there is a specific deadline.
