Shipping & Delivery
ORDER PROCESSING
- A majority orders are shipped within 2-3 business days, and sometimes even same/next day depending on our order volume.
FREE SHIPPING
- All orders, regardless of quantity or dollar amount, ship FREE.
- Delivery is usually 2-4 days after it is picked up by the shipping carrier.
- Upgrades to shipping speed are available at checkout.
- Most orders ship with USPS, but depending on your location, we may use UPS.
RUSH PROCESSING / DEADLINES
- In most instances, we are able to accommodate very tight deadlines.
- For deadlines MORE THAN ONE week away, please write your deadline date in the personalization box, AND upgrade your shipping speed to Priority Mail at checkout.
- For deadlines WITHIN 4-7 DAYS, please do two things...Add our Rush Processing to your order, AND upgrade your shipping speed to Priority Mail at checkout. This will bump your order to the front of the line ahead of other orders so we can ship your order quickly.
- For deadlines WITHIN 1-3 DAYS, please contact us with the item(s) you want to order, the quantity needed, and deadline date.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- For international orders, we ARE able to ship to US Military bases, APO locations, and the countries of Canada and United Kingdom. Place your order as usual and the checkout process will calculate international shipping automatically.
- For orders OUTSIDE of Canada and the United Kingdom, please contact us BEFORE placing your order to see if we can ship to your country. Please provide the item(s) you want to order, quantity needed, and if there is a specific deadline.
